Madhuban

Launched under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana mission, Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) PPP vertical the project MADHUBAN is spread over 13.35 acres of land, strategically located adjacent to Butibori MIDC and closest to under development Butibori Industrial Area Phase - II. The Project is located on Takalghat road before Shri Viktu Baba Mandir having access from Wardha road and ACC Indorama Chowk.

MADHUBAN project has 33 buildings (29 buildings of G + 4 storied and 4 buildings of G + 8 storied), having1724 units in all with 1 BHK configuration. Each flat will have an area of 302 square feet approximately.

Pradhan MantriAwasYojana – Urban (PMAY-U), a flagship Mission of Government of India being implemented by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), was launched on 25th June 2015. The Mission addresses urban housing shortage among the EWS/LIG and MIG categories including the slum dwellers by ensuring a pucca house to all eligible urban households.PMAY(U) adopts a demand driven approach wherein the Housing shortage is decided based on demand assessment by States/Union Territories. State Level Nodal Agencies (SLNAs), Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)/ Implementing Agencies (IAs), Central Nodal Agencies (CNAs) and Primary Lending Institutions (PLIs) are main stakeholders who play an important role in implementation and success of PMAY(U).
